The Jamahkiri Resort & Spa is a luxury resort located on the south side of Koh Tao, known as “The region of tranquillity’’, the resort is accessible by a scenic 15 min 4 wheels drive across the mountains offering a amazing views over the gulf of Thailand, or if you want to slash out a little they also have their own high speed power boat to transfer you to and from the resort. They are located in the hillside overlooking Shark Bay and Shark Island, Haad Tien beach with its great snorkelling and swimming is only a 5 minute walk away.
